Jason and Holly Alexander
Owners/Operators
Jason's family has owned and operated the hotel for 35 years, originally built and developed by his grandmother Letha. Beginning at age 15, he began working in the hotel with his mother, who managed the business from it’s inception, solidifying it’s reputation as a reliably clean, safe, and ‘special' place for travelers. In 2009 Jason purchased it and has since worked to grow and innovate Pinemark into what it is today. Jason and Holly have been married for over 27 years and have four children.

Courtney Cronin
General Manager
Courtney began working at Pinemark in 2016, starting at the front desk before becoming assistant manager, and General Manager in 2023. She graduated from Central Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, is married and has two children.

Katie Brown
Administration
Katie first began working at Pinemark in 2010 at the Front Desk, and after a few years away returned in 2023 to work as a night auditor. She has since been promoted to House Manager and oversees office administration and daily operations. Katie has two children.

Ash Hatch
Merchandising & Dining
Ash began working at Pinemark® in 2024 at the front desk, and earned a promotion to House Manager. Ash oversees merchandising, kitchen operations, and is especially gifted at creating great guest experiences.

Shelly Gardner
Event Coordinator
Shelly joined the Pinemark® team in 2025 at the front desk. After being promoted to House Manager, Shelly now works as our event coordinator and the training specialist who welcomes and prepares all new staff to serve our guests.
