Tucked away in a private wooded setting, Club Boulders by Pinemark® is a newly constructed luxury retreat in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks located outside Bourbon, MO. With top of the line finishes and thoughtful design throughout, Club Boulders provides an elevated vacation experience for those seeking a premium vacation home.

The home features an open concept main living space, with walls of windows and sliding doors for panoramic views of the backyard oasis. The space includes a smart TV with a sound system offering Bluetooth connectivity to enjoy your favorite music. The sofa is a queen size sleeper sofa. 


The chef's kitchen features gourmet kitchen appliances including a Wolf® gas range and Sub Zero® refrigerator with ice maker. Our coffee bar is stocked with organic cane sugar, creamers, organic teas and Purity Coffee®, which uses only clean and organic ingredients. 


Each of the 2 bedrooms offers a queen size bed, with 100% cotton sheets. Guests may enjoy the luxury robes stocked in each bedroom during their stay, and each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, with oversized showers featuring dual shower heads. Our Desert Essence amenities feature natural ingredients and are free of artificial fragrances, dyes and parabens. Our bath linens are 100% organic cotton.

This was the best place we’ve stayed at so far! The house was gorgeous and extremely clean like cleaner than clean. The backyard was amazing! Everyone had so much fun just hanging out in the backyard enjoying the pool, hot tub and mini golf. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This property exceeded our expectations. It was even nicer than the photos. The house can be described as a luxury home and part mini resort. The outdoor areas were great for relaxing or playing a fun game of mini-golf and corn-hole. The pool was perfect, including the water feature. Hot tub was incredible - so many jets, felt amazing. Every feature in the house was high end. It was tastefully decorated. The bedding and mattress were very comfortable. Felt safe with the fence and automatic gate.

  • What is the maximum occupancy?

    Club Boulders comfortably accommodates up to 6 overnight guests. If you'd like to bring extra guests along, we're happy to accommodate. Just message us ahead of time and we can arrange a day pass for an additional fee. Please note that extra guests must be approved, as exceeding 6 people on the property without approval will forfeit the security deposit. 


  • What are the house rules?

    You can view our full rental agreement here. 

  • Is the pool heated?

    Yes, our pool is heated seasonally for $40 per day. 

  • What is the pool season?

    We desire to keep our heated pool open as long as possible, but it may be closed December-March pending weather. 

  • Are pets allowed?

    Club Boulders is a pet free property. Please check out the Guesthouse for a dog friendly option. 

  • Are parties or events allowed?

    House parties are not permitted at Club Boulders, and everyone on the property must be a registered guest.
